Holly provides training plans which include optimal training guidelines customised to your individual goals.

Training plans are created based around your schedule, lifestyle, training goals, current fitness level/abilities and any other special considerations. Training plans can cater to any fitness level or amount of training experience. We recommend that you follow your training plan for a minimum of 8 weeks, up to 12 weeks.
