A customised nutrition plan used in conjunction with a well-structured training program is essential to improve performance and assist you in achieving the best results possible.

Holly provides nutrition and training plans that are created to completely suit your individual needs. Nutrition plans are designed in consideration to your lifestyle, individual body composition goals, food preferences and dislikes, eating habits and any other dietary restrictions you might have.

Training plans are created based around your schedule, lifestyle, training goals, current fitness level/abilities and any other special considerations. Training plans can cater to any fitness level or amount of training experience. We recommend that you follow our training plan for a minimum of 8 weeks, up to 12 weeks.
